The Foreign Trade Department of Ezine Specialized Organized Food Industrial Zone Vocational School organized a certified online training program in collaboration with Evrim Software, a widely used software in the foreign trade sector. The program focused on online customs declaration processes, which form the core of foreign trade operations, through hands-on applications.

The Foreign Trade Department of Ezine Specialized Organized Food Industrial Zone Vocational School, organized a practice-oriented training program in collaboration with Evrim Software, under the coordination of Lecturer Uğur TOPÇU, with the aim of enhancing students’ sectoral competencies and better preparing them for professional life after graduation.

The training, conducted online via Google Meet, attracted strong interest from students studying foreign trade and logistics across different academic units.

Students from the following institutions participated in the program:

• Ezine Specialized Organized Food Industrial Zone Vocational School – Foreign Trade and Logistics Programs,

• Yenice Vocational School – Foreign Trade and Logistics Programs,

• Biga Faculty of Applied Sciences – Department of International Trade and Logistics.

Practical Customs Declaration Processes and Operational Training

Within the scope of the training, practical sessions were delivered using Evrim Software, one of the most widely used package programs in Türkiye for customs and foreign trade operations. Topics included online customs declaration preparation, data entry, and digital management of foreign trade operations through hands-on applications.

By integrating theoretical knowledge with real-sector practices, the program enabled students to become familiar with the software systems they are expected to use professionally after graduation and to gain insight into real business workflows.

The training program was followed with great interest by the students and made a significant contribution to the development of their sector-specific knowledge and practical skills.
