Sector-Focused Initiative: Practical Training in Collaboration with Evrim Software

The Foreign Trade Department of Ezine Specialized Organized Food Industrial Zone Vocational School organized a certified online training program in collaboration with Evrim Software, a widely used software in the foreign trade sector. The program focused on online customs declaration processes, which form the core of foreign trade operations, through hands-on applications.

Applied Foreign Trade and Customs Declaration Training Conducted

The Department of Foreign Trade of Ezine Specialized Organized Food Industrial Zone Vocational School organized an applied training program in cooperation with Evrim Software, under the organization of Lecturer Uğur TOPÇU, in order to improve students’ sectoral competencies and better prepare them for professional life after graduation.

The training, conducted online via the Google Meet platform, attracted significant interest from students studying in the fields of foreign trade and logistics from different academic units.

Participating academic units included:

  • Ezine Specialized Organized Food Industrial Zone Vocational School – Foreign Trade and Logistics Programs
  • Yenice Vocational School – Foreign Trade and Logistics Programs
  • Biga Faculty of Applied Sciences – Department of International Trade and Logistics

Applied Customs Declaration Processes and Operational Training

Within the scope of the training, practical examples were demonstrated through Evrim Software, one of the widely used software systems in customs and foreign trade operations in Türkiye, including online customs declaration preparation, data entry, and digital management of foreign trade operations.

In the program, where theoretical knowledge was supported with sectoral applications, students had the opportunity to become familiar with software systems they will actively use after graduation and learn operational processes through real business workflows.

The training program was followed with great interest by students and made a significant contribution to the development of sectoral knowledge and practical skills.
